Serve lightly chilled, not ice cold. Full impact of aromas and balance of nuanced flavors express as the wine warms slightly in the glass.
100% Syrah made from Dominick’s own vineyard in the Sierra Foothills. With a complex bouquet of ripe plum, blackberry, and clove, intertwined with dark chocolate, dried herbs, and a hint of white pepper. Pairs with a hearty meal like lamb chops and veal.
