Orphan wines are made by our very own Bacchus Winemaking Club members….you! When members only want to make a half barrel of wine, we let them do it. But, we still have to make a full barrel to successfully age the wine!
The “unspoken for” half barrel of wine that is leftover we call: Orphan Wine. This is your opportunity to “speak up” and purchase wine to bottle this July 2026.
