Our Malvasia Bianca Dessert Wine...aka white port is made from 100% Malvasia Bianca and fortified with brandy. Bright, golden color....smooth creamy mouth feel with layers of toasted almonds and hazelnuts, and a hint of orange zest.  Barrel aged in French Oak  for 2 1/2 years and fortified, it has no problem staying open in the refrigerator for weeks.  Pairs elegantly with a creamy cheesecake, apricot tart, biscotti or pour over fresh poached peaches and vanilla gelato.
