A robust wine with firm tannins, high acidity and a long-drying finish, our medium to full-bodied Aglianico exhibits aromas and flavors of cherry cola and black currant, with barrel spice lingering in the background, making this wine a perfect match for rich meats such as lamb. The tannins work nicely with a heavily marbled rib eye or oil marinated roasted vegetables.

Despite the name, which translates as little sweet one, our Dolcetto is a dry red wine, with characteristics of almond, violets and berry fruit aromas of the nose, and rich lively cherry, blueberry and blackberry on the palate. It will drink well with red meats, light stews, pasta puttanesca and dark chocolate tarts.

Our Malvasia Bianca Dessert Wine...aka white port is made from 100% Malvasia Bianca and fortified with brandy. Bright, golden color....smooth creamy mouth feel with layers of toasted almonds and hazelnuts, and a hint of orange zest. Barrel aged in French Oak for 2 1/2 years and fortified, it has no problem staying open in the refrigerator for weeks. Pairs elegantly with a creamy cheesecake, apricot tart, biscotti or pour over fresh poached peaches and vanilla gelato.
